Bio
Pakka is a Paris-based music composer, producer and DJ. He began his musical journey in 2003, building his early career within the European dance scene before progressively developing the melodic and emotional sound that defines his music today.
Between 2003 and 2010, Pakka explored several sides of electronic dance music, reaching European charts through projects including Dirty Boyz, Danceforce and Lunatic DJs. During this period, he released his first solo vinyl as Pakka & Marcie with I Miss You, released in 2008 on the German label Alphabet City, founded by Marc Romboy.
His work with Dirty Boyz and Danceforce also led to two major successes of the period, Jump (I Can't Hear You) and The Energy, which reached audiences across the European dance scene.
From 2010 to 2014, Pakka shifted his focus towards trance and chill music, exploring a more atmospheric and emotional approach to production. During this period, his music received support from Black Hole Recordings, with The Light featured on the label's Playa del Lounge compilation.
In 2019, on his first trip to Ibiza, Pakka was captivated by the mysterious beauty of Es Vedrà. Local legend describes the iconic rock as a source of energy and inspiration.
Months later, he returned to the studio with a renewed artistic direction, combining deep, melodic and progressive influences. His track Finally Here became a turning point, establishing the foundations of the sound that would define his next chapter.
Today, Pakka's music sits at the intersection of progressive house, melodic house and deeper electronic sounds, built around emotional harmonies, hypnotic melodies and groove-driven rhythms.
His productions have been released through labels including Sekora, Physical Presents, Zerothree and Ultra Records, with an upcoming release on Black Hole Recordings.
Throughout his career, Pakka has collaborated with artists and vocalists including 88Birds, Frynn, Alexandra Pride, Josefina, Hugo Cantarra and Stone Van Brooken, while his productions have received repeated support from artists such as Korolova, Nora En Pure and Above & Beyond, including support through Group Therapy.
For two years, Pakka also built a dedicated community through regular DJ streams on Twitch, using the platform to connect directly with listeners, showcase his music and promote new releases. The experience helped him grow a genuine community around his music and ultimately led to becoming a Twitch Partner.
His music has continued to build a strong international footprint, accumulating over 2.9 million streams, more than 12.5 million playlist reach, 28,000+ Shazams, over 700 DJ supports, and appearances across multiple international charts. His tracks and videos have also generated more than one million views, reflecting a growing audience across streaming platforms, radio and DJ communities.
Beyond his own productions, Pakka is also the host and curator of deja vu radio, a show dedicated to the melodic, progressive and deeper sides of electronic music.
From his early years in European dance music to his current progressive and melodic direction, Pakka's journey has always been driven by the same ambition: turning emotion into music.
